Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after placement. Orders received after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Please note that weekends and U.S. public holidays are not included in processing times.

Shipping Regions

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. P.O. boxes are accepted for delivery.

We offer the following shipping options for U.S. orders:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that all prices include shipping fees there are no hidden costs, import duties, or taxes within the U.S.

Local Pickup

We currently do not offer local pickup or in-store pickup options. All orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. For returns or exchanges, please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed instructions. Damaged or lost items will be handled promptly please reach out to our customer support for assistance.
